Freedom and peace come at a high cost. Yet true freedom and peace was not fought for and won by our own efforts, and never can be. God paid the cost for us. By God's grace we can receive salvation and the peace that only He can give us. We can in Christ once again begin to interpret the created order correctly in light of His revelation. We can love Christ by keeping His commandments through the strength of the Holy Spirit. And we can have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
